Barnaby's Budgeting Tips: Day 19

The Momentum UK Team 19 February 2014

Barnaby is still thinking about ways to stay healthy on a budget; if you live near to work, today's tip is a no brainer!

Barnaby says:

"Public transport can be expensive. If you can, why not try to walk instead of getting the bus? Walking is good for your health and wellbeing, not to mention your wallet! If the distance is too far - and you don't fancy cycling - you may want to look into any weekly or monthly passes that are available in your area - if you travel often these can save you money."

Do you walk or cycle to work? If you live too far away, have you found that weekly, monthly or annual passes save money? Leave your thoughts and tips in the comments below!
